In this case, we are going to tell you how to make this cake for four people. And for that you need to have the following products in the kitchen at home:
4 apples.
4 egg yolks egg.
1 puff pastry that it is refrigerated.
1 sachet of yeast.
A little lemon juice.
300 milliliters of milk.
Peach jam.
300 grams of flour.
A little vanilla aroma.
200 grams of sugar.
Preparation of apple pie with the Thermomix
When you have already managed to buy all those products, it is time to put on your apron and start the elaboration:
The first thing will be to choose a mold for the cake and grease it properly with butter. Then, it will be necessary to stretch the puff pastry properly and then place it in the aforementioned mold and then place it in the refrigerator for a few minutes.
Secondly, peel the apples and then proceed to cut them into small slices.
In the glass of the Thermomix proceed to add the flour, sugar, milk, egg yolks, vanilla extract and yeast.
All of this has to be programmed. speed 5 for about a minute and a half.
Go preheating the oven to a temperature between 200º to 220º.
