Ingredients
- 1 sliced strawberry
- 3 raspberries, halved
- 20 ml Pink Gin
- 90 ml red wine
- 45 ml lemonade
- 1 sprig of mint (for decoration)
- 1 raspberry (for decoration)
- 1 slice of lemon (for decoration)
- Ice
Instructions
- Add the Pink Gin, red wine, and lemonade, and set the Thermomix to:
- 10 seconds / speed 5
- In a glass, add the sliced strawberries, halved raspberries, and the previously mixed Pink Gin, red wine, and lemonade. Add ice, then decorate with mint sprigs and a raspberry skewer on a slice of lemon.
