    • 1 splash liquid vanilla

    For base and mounting

    • 12 small Pasiegos sobaos or 6 large sobaos
    • 500 g whipping cream with 35% MG (important: it must be very cold)
    • 60g icing sugar

    To decorate

    • Chopped almonds
