1 bottle of cava 1
litre of half frosted pineapple juice
1 glass of Cointreau
1 glass of whiskey
1 glass of rum 1 egg white to snow point

Instructions

Put all the ingredients in the glass except the cava and the egg white to the point of snow Mix everything well 15 seconds / speed 4
Incorporate the cava little by little at speed 3
Put the egg white on top when it is served in the glasses or mix it.
