Today’s recipe is one of those that I like to make from a Friday night to a Saturday after a hard week to see how in a few minutes with a couple of ingredients I can prepare one of those wonderful cocktails and sit in an armchair to enjoy

today we are going to make one of those drinks, it is a Mojito of pineapple that with this I have my it will take only a few seconds, ideal if some friends come to you not simply because you deserve it

Pineapple Mojito ingredients with thermomix

120 grams of white rum
150 grams of pineapple juice
4 slices of pineapple cut into cubes
60 grams of lime or lemon juice
18 mint leaves
60 grams of brown sugar

Preparation of pineapple mojito with thermomix

The recipe is as simple as putting together the ingredients: rum, pineapple juice, lime or lemon juice if we don’t have any, and cane sugar and mix the ingredients perfectly.
