1 tablespoon coriander.
1 garlic.
80 grams of tahini sauce
Salt to taste.

When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow these steps:
Turn on the fire in your kitchen and, with the help of tongs, put the aubergine directly on it until the skin of all of it turns black.
