Ingredients of Shredded chicken with paprika with thermomix

1 large onion
20 g extra virgin olive oil
500 g crushed tomato
500 g peppers, cubed
1 ½ teaspoons salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ tablespoons vegetable broth (I used Tello)
600 g chicken breast fillet (you can use other types of meat such as turkey, pork, etc.)
200 g of cream (cooking cream)

Preparation of shredded chicken with paprika with thermomix

Chop the onion: Place the onion in the glass of a blender or processor and chop it for 4 seconds at speed 5.
Sauté the onion: Add the oil and sauté for 3 minutes at 120°C on speed 1.
Cook the base sauce: Add the crushed tomatoes, peppers, salt, pepper and vegetable broth. Cook everything together for 3 minutes at 100°C on reverse rotation and low speed.
Add the chicken: Add the chicken pieces and cook for 10 minutes at 100°C on reverse rotation and low speed.
Add the cream: Finally, add the cream and let it boil for 3 minutes at 100°C in reverse rotation and low speed.
