As you know, ratatouille is a dish of French origin that is made from vegetables. In particular, its provenance is in Provence.
To prepare about 4 or 5 servings you need to have the following products:
1 onion.
160 grams of red pepper
1 garlic.
200 grams of eggplant.
200 grams of zucchini.
300 grams of tomato
20 grams of olive oil.
Salt.
Pepper.

Once you have all these ingredients in the kitchen, start preparing the recipe by following these steps:
Remove the skin from the garlic, onion, eggplant, tomatoes, peppers and zucchini. Cut them into small cubes.
