Ingredients

Preparation
To begin the preparation of this delicious Quesillo with thermomix, you must prepare the caramel and this is done by adding 200 grams of sugar in a casserole and placing it on the stove to melt until a beautiful golden caramel is left.
When the caramel is melted, cover a mold for flan (oven-safe) and spread over the entire surface of the mold for the cheese with the caramel, so that the entire mold is spread, including the walls. Reserve for a moment.
On the other hand, pour the 3 eggs, the 3 egg yolks, the condensed milk into the Thermomix bowl and program.

If you want the quesillo to have a particular flavor, it is time to add it, usually a little vanilla or lemon zest is added to give a more intense flavor to your quesillo with Thermomix.
Once the cheese mixture is ready, pour it into the previously caramelised mold and cover the upper part with aluminum foil, or if the mold has a lid, cover it or, failing that, use transparent kitchen paper to cover it.
Place the mold in the varoma container of the thermomix and reserve.
Pour the measure of water, approximately one liter, into the Thermomix bowl and program.

At the end of the cooking time, check that the cheese is well cooked by inserting a toothpick and feel that it has taken on consistency and is not a liquid mixture.
Unmold carefully and store in the fridge. You can decorate as your imagination allows, although the caramel bath that you have when unmolding is enough.
