The first thing is to preheat the fryer to
200º / 5 minutes.
Next, put the peppers in a frying pan and drizzle a little olive oil over them.
Place the mold in the deep fryer and program at
180º / 14 minutes.
In the previous step, in half the time turn them over so that they are done well.
Once you take them out, sprinkle them with a little salt and serve them.
