Ingredients of nutella rolls with thermomix
30 grams of hazelnuts
250 grams of milk
80 grams of butter
2 teaspoons instant dry yeast
100g sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
600 grams of baker’s flour
480 grams of Nutella
Preparation of nutella rolls with thermomix
Place the hazelnuts in your glass and roast for
15 minutes / Varoma temp / Speed 2.
It stings for 2 seconds / Turbo Speed.
Set aside.
Heat the milk and butter for
3 minutes / 50 ° C / Speed 2.
Add remaining dough ingredients and mix for
15 seconds / Speed 3.
Knead for 8 minutes / dough function.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured non-stick silicone mat.
Wrap the dough lightly to prevent it from drying out and allow it to rise.
Rest the dough in a warm place or set the oven to 30°C (defrost setting) for 15 minutes.
Pierce the dough and divide it in half.
Roll one half to a 40 x 40 cm square.
Spread 120 g of Nutella on the dough.
Roll the dough and cut it into 12 strips.
Place in a large slice of tin lined with a small silicone mat or parchment paper.
Repeat with the other half of the dough.
Cover and rest in a warm place or set oven to 30°C (defrost setting) for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and preheat oven to 180°C.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool and top each mini roll with a teaspoon of Nutella.
