Mushroom and potato soup ingredients with Thermomix
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 700 g of mixed mushrooms, cut into sheets
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon of red chili flakes (optional)
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- 450 g of potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
- 1 liter of low vegetable broth
- 500 ml of milk
- 200 ml of whip cream (cream)
- 30 g of Parmesan cheese, grated
- A handful of fresh, thick chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation of mushroom soup and potatoes with Thermomix
- Sauté the mushrooms:
- Place the olive oil, the mushrooms, the garlic, the thyme, the flakes of Chile, the salt and the pepper in the thermomix vessel.
- Program 5 minutes / 100 ° C / left turn / spoon speed.
- Cook the potatoes:
- Add the potatoes and vegetable broth to the glass.
- 20 minutes / 100 ° C / left turn / spoon speed.
- Temper milk and cream:
