Maria biscuit cake with thermomix

Preparation

For the base

1. To start we will crush the cookies to make the base, for which we put the cookies in our Thermomix bowl and crush
2. 20 seconds / speed 7
3. Add the butter and milk
4. 10 seconds / speed 3
5. Put the dough in the mold and press a little with your hand and reserve in the fridge

for the filling

1. We crush the cookies as in the previous point
2. 20 seconds / speed 7
3. We add all the other components and program
4. 9 minutes / temperature 100ºC / speed 4
5. Put the dough in the mold on top of the base cookies and put it to cool for 5 hours in the fridge
