1. The trick for this recipe to turn out well is to have both the glass and the ingredients very cold, it is convenient to have the ingredients and the glass in the refrigerator an hour before and the cream 15 minutes before in the freezer
2. even the glasses where we are going to serve it should be frozen, and it is convenient to keep them in the freezer for 1 hour
3. Put the soluble coffee and sugar in our thermomix glass and pulverize it

5. remove and reserve in a bowl
6. we put the butterfly in the blades of our thermomix and add the cream and program
