Ingredients of frozen chocolate ingots and crunchy walnuts with thermomix
FROZEN
400 gr cream cheese
100 g melted butter
60 gr honey
25 g pure cocoa powder
20 ml vanilla essence
60ml water
WALNUT CRUNCHY
200 gr dark chocolate (melting and desserts)
I have used 70% unsweetened cocoa
30 ml sunflower oil
100 g chopped walnuts

FROZEN

Grease the molds and pour the cream into each hole (it is advisable to use a piping bag to facilitate filling.
Place in the freezer (about 4 hours will be enough)
WALNUT CRUNCHY
We melt the chocolate and add the oil, stir.
Now we add the chopped walnuts.
We unmold the ice creams.
We dip in the chocolate, and let the excess of it drain off.
We put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
SUGGESTIONS
So that they do not lose their creaminess when consumed, I suggest that you take them out about 20 or 30 minutes before eating them.
