5 potatoes
3 carrots
1 large onion
1 green cabbage (cut into strips)
4 Montbeliard sausages
1300 grams of water (separate into two parts 500 grams and 800 grams)
1 vegetable broth
150 grams of bacon

Preparation
It is always advisable to wash vegetables very well before consuming, especially cabbages, remove impurities by placing them under the tap for a few minutes and submerging them in a bowl full of water and a few drops of vinegar.
You can do the same with potatoes and carrots.
Once the cabbage is clean, cut into strips, place them in the Thermomix bowl with 500 grams of water and program.

While the cabbage is cooking, you can peel the carrots and potatoes
Cut the potatoes into 8 pieces and the carrots into thick slices (approximately 1 cm) and place them in the thermomix cooking basket.
Once the cooking time of the cabbage is over, remove it from the Thermomix bowl and empty the glass.
Wash and dry the glass well, place the onion cut into pieces and program.

With the help of a spatula, lower the remains of onion adhering to the walls of the Thermomix bowl, then add the oil and the bacon, program.
