155 grams of drained canned chickpeas
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 large garlic
1 teaspoon yeast
Half an onion
1 tablespoon chickpea flour
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon cumin
1 tablespoon fresh coriander

Once you gather all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add all the ingredients to the blender, except the oil, and blend them.
Pour the resulting mixture into a bowl and put it in the fridge for about 60 minutes.
After that time, make balls with the dough about the size of a croquette and then flatten them.
Pour a little oil over them.
Preheat the fryer.
Next, when it is ready, put the falafels in the fryer and program to
180º / 10 minutes.
