Dalky Natural Strawberry Ingredients with Thermomix

  • 400 gr strabasas (washed)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr brown sugar
  • 500 ml milk
  • 35 gr maicena
  • 400 ml cream mounted + 40 gr sugar glas

Dalky preparation of natural strawberries with Thermomix

  1. Vaso strawberries, we crushed, 30 sec, V- progressive of 7/9.
  2. We add the sugar, cornstarch, eggs and milk, 10 sec, V-5.
  3. Then we program, 9 min, 90 °, V-4.
  4. We pour into the glasses, cover with film and when we find out, we refrigerate them, minimum 4 hours.
  5. Then we cover the surface with the mounted cream
  6. It only remains to enjoy, good benefit
