Mass ingredients to make light pizza with Thermomix
- 350 gr Harina strength
- 210 ml water
- 9 Fresh yeast
- 10 gr salt.
- 25 ml olive oil
Mass preparation to make light pizza with Thermomix
- We dilute the yeast in the water, we remove.
- We throw in the glass, along with the flour and salt.
- 10 sec, V-4.
- We stop 20 min to hydrate the flour particles.
- Then, we add the oil and knead 2 min, v- Espiga.
- We stop 5 min and knead another 2.
- We place in a bowl, throw a tad of oil and cover.
- We let it fermente (approximately 2 hours)
- We divide in 2, and form the pizzas
