Today we bring you an ideal cocktail for summer, it is very typical of tropical climates, I tried it in Mexico and I love it, a cocktail based on Gin and cucumber

it is very easy to make very refreshing and ideal to sit with some friends and enjoy a drink

Cucumber gin ingredients with Thermomix

  • 50 grams of white sugar
  • 50 grams of water
  • 200 grams of ice cubes
  • 300 grams cucumber, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 2 lemons or limes
  • 120 grams of gin (optional)
  • 550 grams of sparkling water

Preparation of cucumber gin with Thermomix

  1. The first thing we are going to do is add the sugar and water (without gas) and mix
  2. 30 seconds / speed 2
  3. we add the ice, the cucumber, the lime or lemon juice and we program
  4. 45 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10
  5. add the gin and sparkling water mix
  6. 15 seconds / speed 4
  7. Now we only have to serve with a lot of ice and some slices of cucumber to decorate
  8. and to enjoy
