Creamy Vanilla Frosting Ingredients
36 grams of natural vanilla extract
202 grams of whole milk
202 grams of unsalted butter
36 grams of flour
152 grams of sugar
Preparation of creamy vanilla frosting
Take note that these are the guidelines for making this frosting:
Pour the milk and flour into the robot glass. Program to
speed 4 / 80º / 15 minutes.
Reserve in a bowl, which you will cover with plastic wrap.
In the glass, now add the sugar and program to
speed 9 / 15 seconds.
Next, add the chopped butter and start the robot at high speed.
speed 7/10 seconds.
Place the butterfly.
Program again to
speed 3 / 1.5 minutes.
Add the vanilla and mix.
Then, add the contents of the bowl that you have reserved and program
speed 3/3 minutes.
