Hello! Here I am again with a baking recipe that I hope you like and that is based on a drink that practically everyone drinks every day: coffee. I’m referring to the coffee and walnut cake.
It is a cake that perfectly combines the flavor of coffee with that of a nut with very rich properties such as walnut.

Scrape down the sides of the glass with a spatula and set again.

Take two greased baking molds and divide the contents of the glass between the two. Put them in the oven and keep them there at
180º / 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the buttercream. To do this, add the sugar to the glass and program
speed 10/10 seconds.
Now add the butter and start the robot at

Now it’s time for assembly. When you have taken the cakes out of the oven, put one on a plate and pour half of the buttercream on top. Next, place the second cake on top and pour the other half of the cream on top.
