Coconut nougat ingredients with thermomix
150 grams of grated coconut
Vanilla drops or vanilla sugar
100 grams of almonds
250 grams of sugar or icing sugar
10 grams of white rum (or water)
1 egg white
Coconut (to decorate)
Chocolate fondant (to decorate) optional

Place the powdered sugar in the Thermomix bowl, program.

If you have icing sugar, you just have to skip the first step and continue with the next one.
Incorporate in the glass of the thermomix together with the powdered sugar, the almonds to crush them, program.

Next, add the grated coconut, the rum or water, the egg white and a few drops of vanilla, program.
