- The first thing we are going to do is put the cream in our thermomix glass, remember that to make the cream, it is very important that both the glass and the cream are very cold and we put the colacao or cocoa
- 35 seconds / speed 6
- We place the cookies on a tray and generously fill them with our cream, and cover them with another cookies, making a sandwich, wrap them one by one with plastic wrap and put them in the freezer for a few hours
