we start by putting 3 or 4 tablespoons of sugar in our glass and spray
10 seconds / speed 10
reserve in a bowl
We put the butterfly in our thermomix and put the milk, the eggs, the cointreau and a pinch of salt inside the glass and program
2 minutes / speed 2
We program another 2 minutes at speed 2 and add the flour little by little through the mouth
once finished we program a couple of minutes more
2 minutes / speed 2
let the dough rest for 30 minutes without removing the dough from the plate and at the end of that time we program
20 seconds / speed 3
put the dough in a bowl and reserve
We put a frying pan or fryer with abundant oil (better sunflower) that covers the flowers that we will make, once hot we put to heat the metal mold of the flower
once we have hot the mold
we put the mold in the bowl with the dough but only halfway, and from there to the saeten or fryer and submerge it whole to fry for a few seconds, lift the mold and the dough will come off or we will push it so that it comes off with some utensil of wood
we gild our flowers and put them on blotting paper
then sprinkle with icing sugar that we had reserved and cinnamon
