Biscayan sauce ingredients with thermomix
500 grams of white onion
500 grams of red onion
12 chorizo peppers
100 grams oil
30 grams dry bread

The first thing we are going to do mushroom is to chop the onions, we put half of the onions without skin and chopped and grind

remove the peppers and drain and reserve
Once the onion is finished poaching in our thermomix, add the bread and the reserved chorizo peppers and program
