5 grams of salt

Once you have all the ingredients ready, it’s time to get to work. First of all, place the water and salt in the glass of your Thermomix, and program

Once you have added all the flour, knead for
1 minute / spike speed
If the dough sticks to your hands, add a little more cornmeal and continue to knead until the dough is smooth and not sticky.
Once you have the dough ready, let it rest in the glass for at least 15 minutes.
After this time, divide the dough into equal balls and spread them on a plastic film, stretching them completely.
With the help of a pastry cutter, cut equal circles and cover with a clean cloth.
Finally, heat a pan and add olive oil.
Put the dough circles in the pan and flip until golden brown, which should take about 2 minutes per side.
Remove the arepas from the pan and serve on a plate.
