Air Fryer Lemon Cheesecake Ingredients – air fryer
- 400 grams of cream cheese
- 200 ml cream
- 150 sugar
- 50 ml lemon juice
- zest of 1 lemon
- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Preparation of lemon cheesecake with air fryer – air fryer
- Put the 4 eggs in a bowl and beat with a mixer until foamy.
- add the sugar little by little while continuing to beat
- we put the lemon zest and lemon juice, the 400 grams of cream cheese and continue beating slowly
- add the cream and continue beating
- we put the 2 spoons of sifted Cornstarch and beat very slowly until everything is well beaten
- put a tart mold lined with baking paper and put a little butter
- we put inside the dough that we just made and put it in our air fryer
