Air Fryer Broccoli Cheese Balls Ingredients
120 grams of cheese, the one you like the most
1 1/2 cups steamed and chopped broccoli
2 eggs
Half cup of flour
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup of semi-cured cheese
2 cups and a quarter of Panko crumbs
Half a teaspoon of red pepper
1 egg
Preparation of cheese and broccoli balls with air fryer – air fryer
When you have all the ingredients in the kitchen, follow the steps that we indicate:
Put the broccoli in a bowl along with the quarter cup of Panko, the egg, the different types of cheese and the pepper. Mix everything well.
With the resulting dough, shape it into little balls. Put them in a container and put it in the refrigerator for about 40 minutes.
In a bowl mix a tablespoon of water and two eggs.
After the aforementioned 40 minutes, remove the balls. Pass them through flour, then through the bowl where the two eggs are and finally through the rest of the Panko.
Next, fry the balls in the fryer for about 9 minutes at 200º.
