We will put this mixture in a pastry bag and let it cool for 30 minutes.
then we will put it for a minimum of 8 hours in the fridge
After that time, we will put breadcrumbs in a fountain, cutting the tip of the disposable pastry bag, in such a way that there is a thickness of about 3 centimeters
we will squeeze the manfa and we will make a croquette about 4 cm long
We will coat the croquettes in the breadcrumbs, then in the egg with all of them until the dough is finished

When you take them out, put them on an absorbent paper to remove excess oil and they are ready to eat.
