Preparation

10. We place the butterfly on the blades of our Thermomix and put the cream and lime juice in our Thermomix bowl, we program at speed 3 without time until we see that the cream is mounted and then we want to remove the butterfly and put the cream in a bowl and we put it in the fridge
11. Without cleaning the glass, add the strawberries, lemon juice, cornstarch, sugar, half a teaspoon of gelatin and program
12. 10 minutes / 100º C / speed 1
13. After this step we grind everything for which we program
