- Water (the amount will depend on how full the basket is)

- Place the ingredients in the Thermomix: introduce the basket in the glass and place inside the chicken breast, the bones, the chickpeas and the chopped vegetables. You can adjust the amount of vegetables according to your liking or do without any if you prefer.
- Add the water: Fill the glass with water until it reaches the level of the vegetables, without covering them completely.
- Schedule cooking: Configure the Thermomix in 30 minutes, varoma temperature (120 ° C in TM6), speed 1. If you decide to take advantage of the varoma for cooking eggs or potatoes, place them in the container before starting cooking.
- Filter the broth: Once the weather is finished, remove the basket with the spatula and let it drain for a moment. Pour the broth into a separate bowl. This first broth will be very concentrated.
- Second cooking: To make the most of the ingredients, put the basket again in the glass, add more water and repeat cooking with the same parameters. This second broth will be softer, but by joining it with the first one you will get a generous amount of delicious broth (approximately 4.4 liters if you use TM5 or TM6).
- Serve: you can taste the broth as is, with the chickpeas and whole vegetables, or crush them in the Thermomix to obtain a soft cream (20 seconds at speed 5 and then 40 seconds at speed 10). You can also shred the chicken and add it to the broth.
- Rectify the seasoning: before serving, try the broth and adjust the salt according to your preference.
