Dip cheese and dried tomatoes (with Thermomix)

Preparation of cheese cream and dried tomatoes (with Thermomix)

1. Prepare dry tomatoes (if they are not in oil):
2. It boils half a liter of water in a pot.
3. Add 20 ml of vinegar and, when it boils again, incorporate dry tomatoes.

12. In the thermomix glass, place the cheese, chopped tomatoes and a hint of pepper.
13. Mix 4 seconds at speed 3.
14. It incorporates the cream manually mounted with soft movements to maintain its volume.
15. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
16. Toast the almonds:
17. In an oil without oil, it ties the rolled almonds until golden brown.
18. Mount the dip:
19. Place the cream in a pastry bag with star nozzle.
20. Distribute the cream in 6 glasses. Decorate each with:
21. The bonded dry tomatoes.
22. Toasted almonds.
23. Small leaves of basil or chopped basil.
