Ingredients of Bean Cream with thermomix
400 g canned beans (drained and rinsed)
350 g potatoes (peeled and cut into pieces)
110 g green pepper, cut into pieces
140 gr onion in pieces
85 g leek in pieces
90 g carrot (peeled and cut into pieces)
2 cloves of garlic
40 ml olive oil
2 teaspoon salt
2 pinches white pepper
400 ml water
90 gr cream cheese (optional)
Preparation of Bean Cream with thermomix
Garlic, onion, leek, peppers, carrot and oil in the glass, blend, 6 sec, V-5.
We remove the beaker and place the basket.
We fry, 6 min, 120°, V-2.
Add the beans, potatoes, water, salt and pepper, 25 min, 100°, V-2.
Now we add the cheese, place the beaker, 1 min, V- progressive from 5 to 10
