This recipe is from our friend Luz Maria Lagoa. They are wonderful. Today, I wanted another cream. I open the pantry and find the chickpeas.

Previously I had done it with champions, but today I didn’t have one. So, let’s innovate. Do it, I recommend it, it is a delight.

Ingredients of Chickpea and potato cream with thermomix

  • CHICKPEA CREAM
  • INGREDIENTS
  • 170 gr onion in pieces
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 45 g green pepper, cut into pieces
  • 40 ml olive oil
  • 420 g chickpeas (canned)
  • 300 g potatoes, peeled into pieces
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 2 pinches white pepper
  • 300 ml water.
  • 80 gr cream cheese (optional)

Preparation of chickpea and potato cream with thermomix

  1. Onion, garlic, pepper and oil in the glass, blend, 5 sec, V-5.
  2. We remove the beaker and place the basket in its place, fry, 3 min, 120°, V-1.
  3. Add the chickpeas, potatoes, water, pepper and salt, 20 min, 100°, V-1.
  4. Now we add the cheese, 1 min, V-8.
  5. ONLY LEFT TO ENJOY, GOOD PROFIT
