Ingredients for Light Cooking Recipes with Thermomix
600 gr cooked meat (ribs, lean, chorizo)
4 boiled eggs
230 gr onion in pieces
80 ml olive oil
880 ml milk
180 ml cooking broth
280 gr flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 pinches white pepper
2 pinches nutmeg
OTHERS
breadcrumbs (CN)

Preparation of Light Stew Recipes with Thermomix
MASS
Meat from the stew to the glass, we grind, 7 sec, V-6.
We set aside a large bowl.
Boiled eggs in the glass, crush, 2 sec, V-4.
We pour it into the meat bowl and integrate
We add the oil and onion to the glass, 4 sec, V-5, we remove the beaker and in its place we place the basket, we fry, 8 min, 120°, V-1. we add the flour and sauté, 5 min, 120° , V-2. Lower the flour to the bottom with the spatula and sauté again, 5 min, 120°, V-2, add the milk, broth, pepper, nutmeg and salt, 15 min, 100°, V- 4, then 5 min, 120°, V-2.
We pour the bechamel over the reserved meat and eggs and integrate.
Now we place the dough in a bowl, cover it with film and when it cools, we put it in the refrigerator for about 10 hours.
FORMED AND FINISHED
We use two spoons to mix the croquettes, coat them in the breadcrumbs, egg and again in the breadcrumbs.
We heat plenty of sunflower oil, fry the croquettes and place them on kitchen paper.
