52 grams of coffee alone
105 grams of grated white chocolate
102 grams of ground almond
255 grams of grated chocolate fondant

Preparation of praline Nougat with coffee with Thermomix
Put on your apron and follow our directions:
Pour the white chocolate into the robot’s glass along with 22 grams of butter. Programme a
speed 2 / 50º / 4 minutes.
Pour the contents of the glass into a nougat pan and put it in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
Now add the chocolate fondant to the glass along with the rest of the butter. Programme a
speed 2 / 50º / 4 minutes.
Add the coffee and the almond. Put the robot to work a
speed 3 / 20 seconds.
When the aforementioned 10 minutes have passed, take out the mold and pour the contents of the glass into it. Put it in the refrigerator and leave it there for about 4 and a quarter hours before tasting it.
