BASE
160 gr cookies (whatever you have)
75 gr melted butter
STUFFED
200 gr white chocolate
600 ml cream
300 ml milk
100/120 gr sugar (according to taste of sweetness), I have put 100 gr, a fair balanced measure (according to my diners)
400 gr cream cheese
2 sachets curd powder

BASE
Cookies in the glass, 6 seconds / speed 6. Pour into a bowl and add the melted butter.
We mix.
We line the base of the mold with baking paper.
We pour the dough and distribute it over the surface.
We put it in the refrigerator
STUFFED
Chocolate in the glass,
10 seconds / speed 7.
We add the other ingredients,
40 seconds / speed 4.
Then we program
11 minutes / 100°C / speed 3.
We will remove the beaker and put an anti-splash grid or basket (be careful not to burn ourselves)
Once the time is up, we will take our base out of the cold, and with the help of an inverted soup spoon, we will pour the cream.
Let it cool and then put it in the cold for about 6/8 hours.
After that time, we will unmold and finish decorating to taste.
