Watermelon margarita ingredients with thermomix

100 grams of tequila
100 grams of Cointreau
70 grams of sugar
40 grams of lemon juice
3 teaspoons of salt

Preparation of watermelon margarita with thermomix

to start our recipe we will put the sugar, lemon juice and watermelon in our Thermomix bowl and grind everything
45 seconds / progressive speed 8-9-10
pour the content into 2 ice cube trays and put it in the freezer for 12 hours
We put a cocktail glass and moisten the edges and support them in a saucer with salt in such a way that the edges are impregnated with a little salt
