Trick to chop garlic and parsley and keep it frozen until used

We put these lines, more than anything because we wanted to show you this trick with thermomix that we found very curious when we saw it published in our thermomix group (we are already almost 140,000 people and we see very curious things)

We have seen this wonderful idea from Marisa Cuadrado and it is nothing more than chopping garlic and parsley with our thermomix (it can be applied to many other things) and freezing it in the ice cube tray, then we take them out and keep them in the freezer until day when we need them
