  • 10-15 garlic that we want to peel
  • 600 ml of water

Trick preparation: How to peel garlic easily with Thermomix

  1. The first thing we are going to do is put the 600 ml of water in our Thermomix
  2. then we are going to place and put the eyes in the water and program
  3. 7 seconds / reverse spin / progressive speed 1-5
  4. Once it has finished, we pour the garlic into a basket and place it on top of kitchen blotting paper. We will see that we simply have to remove the skin because it comes out on its own.
  5. We will place them inside a glass jar and we put olive oil until they are completely covered, we close the glass jar hermetically
  6. We will keep a fridge until we use
