Ingredients of squid fideua with GM pot
600 grams squid in rings
25 peeled prawns
6 cups fish broth
4 cups filled with fideuá
150 grams onion
2 cloves garlic
oil
3/4 white wine measuring cup
1 splash of cognac
3/4 measuring cup fried tomato
black and white pepper
1 bay leaf
chopped parsley
saffron or coloring
Preparation of squid fideua with GM pot
The first thing we will do for our recipe will be to poach the onion and the eyes with a little oil, for which we will use the frying menu of our GM pot
Once the onion is poached with the garlic, we will add the squid and fry it a little, add the dash of cognac and the white wine and leave it for a few seconds so that it evaporates while giving flavor
then add the fried tomato, the bay leaf, the parsley and the white and black pepper, stir a little and program

then we depressurize
Finally, we always add the fideuá, a little saffron, the peeled prawns and the fish broth, stir it a little and reprogram
