Ingredients of Rice with vegetables with GM pot
- 400 grams of rice
- 75 grams onion
- 75 grams leek
- 75 grams green bell pepper
- 75 grams red bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- sprigs of fresh parsley
- Salt
- 150 grams zucchini or aubergine (with or without skin)

- to start our recipe we will put the garlic, parsley and salt in the mortar and we will crush everything preparing a majada that we will reserve
- we take the vegetables in this case the onion, the leek, the zucchini and the peppers and we chop everything very finely (we will only take the white part of the leek), we also chop the tomato and we add a little salt and pepper we put it all in the bucket, add a splash of olive oil and poach everything well, stirring, then program
