Preparation of Pink Panther Cake Pops with Thermomix

1. Crush the leftover cake
2. Place the remains of the cake in the Thermomix glass.
3. Program 10 seconds / speed 5 until you obtain fine crumbs.
4. Add the cream cheese
5. Add the cream cheese to the glass.
6. Mix 15 seconds / speed 4 or until the mixture is homogeneous and moldable.
7. Form the balls
8. Remove the mixture from the glass and form walnut-sized balls with your hands.
9. Place the balls on a tray covered with baking paper.
10. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to compact.
11. Melt the chocolate
12. Place the white chocolate in pieces in the clean, dry glass.
13. Melt the chocolate by programming 5 minutes / 50°C / speed 1.
14. Add the pink food coloring and mix 10 seconds/speed 3 until the color is uniform.
15. Prepare the sticks
16. Dip 1cm of the end of each stick into the melted pink chocolate and insert it into each ball.
17. Refrigerate the balls for 10 minutes to ensure that the stick is secure.
18. Dip and decorate the Cake Pops
19. Dip each Cake Pop into the pink chocolate, making sure they are completely covered.
20. Let the excess chocolate drip off and, while the chocolate is still wet, decorate with the sprinkles.
21. Stand the Cake Pops upright (you can use a Styrofoam block or a Cake Pop holder).
22. Cool and serve
23. Let the chocolate harden completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
24. Once firm, the Rosa Cake Pops are ready to enjoy!
