Preparation of Oreo and Nuetella Neapolitans with an air fryer – airfryer

1. We start by making a syrup, a pot or pan on the fire (medium/low heat) add 100g of water and 100g of sugar and do not move,
2. when it is boiling, leave it for a minute and then stop the heat, let it cool and then reserve (store it in a glass container).
3. Now we are going for the OREO cookies, we are going to crush them in a food processor, if you do not have them you can also put the oreos in a bag and crush them with a kitchen rolling pin, they will be equally crushed, already crushed we reserve them.
4. We are going for the rectangular puff pastry dough, divide it and cut it into six parts, then we are going to add chocolate cream (Nutella) to each of them in the central part of the portion and on top of the chocolate we add the crushed oreos, amount to taste.
5. Now we close the Neapolitans, fold one end over the part of the filling and we are going to brush this part of the puff pastry with beaten egg, so that it closes better with the other end of the portion (in the video you can see the process) we take the part not folded on the folded and brushed, we already have the Neapolitan closed, now we turn them all over and place them on the Airfryer tray (the tray has baking paper), and when they are there we are going to brush all the Neapolitans on this with egg expensive.

8. After 12 minutes we take them out and now we need the syrup that we made at the beginning, we brush over each of the Neapolitan noodles and add chocolate noodles and oreo to decorate.
