Ingredients
- 500 grams blackberries
- 200 grams pomace brandy or Vodka
- 400 grams sugar
- 100 grams water
Preparation
- To start we can put the sugar in our Thermomix bowl and pulverize creating an icing sugar
- 10 seconds / speed 10
- We lower with the spatula the rest stuck to the sides of our glass
- Add the blackberries (that are ripe), and the water and program
- 20 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
- and we are making our blackberry syrup
- At the end we put the blackberry syrup in a container or pot and add the brandy and mix with a wooden spoon and let stand for 24 hours
- After 24 hours, we will transfer the content to bottles, straining it beforehand and let the mixture macerate in a cool place, where it can be dark for 15 days.
- every 3 or 4 days shake the bottle
- and our blackberry liqueur will be ready to drink
