Crush the chocolate: place the chocolate in the thermomix vessel and crush 5 seconds / speed 7. Remove and reserve.
Assemble the base mixture: Place the butterfly in the blades. Add the cream, nesquik, cocoa powder and sugar. Mix for 20 seconds / speed 4 until it integrates well.
Incorporate the crushed chocolate: add the chocolate reserved and mix 10 seconds / speed 4 to distribute it evenly.
Rest and cooling: pour the mixture into individual containers or in a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to take the ideal texture.
Final touch and presentation: Before serving, sprinkle some nesquik above to enhance the flavor. Enjoy!

1. Can I use another type of cocoa instead of Nesquik? Yes, but the taste will change a little. If you use pure cocoa, you may need to adjust the sugar so that it is not too bitter.
2. How long does it last in the fridge? It is perfectly preserved in the refrigerator for 2-3 days, always covered to avoid absorbing odors.
3. Can it be done without Thermomix? Of course! You can beat the cream with a rod blender and incorporate the sifted ingredients gradually.
4. Can you freeze? It is not recommended, since the texture can change and lose its creamy when defroster.
