- 1 Lima juice
- 40 g of sugar syrup
- 100 g of white rum (Bacardi or your preference)
- 200 g of ice cubes
- Soda to taste

- Prepare the Base of the Mojito:
- Place the mint leaves, the juice of Lima, the sugar syrup, the rum and the ice cubes.
- 2️⃣ Crush the mixture:
- Program 20 seconds / Inverse turn / speed 4 to mix the ingredients without spraying the mint in excess.
- 3️⃣ Serve:
- Distribute the mixture in two high vessels, each completing with soda to taste.
- 4️⃣ Enjoy:
