🍓 Korean Strawberry Milk in Thermomix

A creamy, pink and delicious drink that sweeps Tiktok and Google

There are recipes born in the kitchen of a grandmother, others in the stoves of a star chef, and then there is the Korean strawberry milka pop invention that has conquered hearts (and stomachs) from Seoul to Instagram. Your secret? It combines the best of fresh fruit with the visual attractiveness of a pink, sweet and creamy drink that seems taken from an advertisement from the 90s. And yes, you can also prepare it impeccably with your Themomix®that device that is still the beyoncé of the kitchen appliances.

🛒 Ingredients (for 2–3 large vessels)

  • 350 g of fresh strawberrieschopped (divided into 250 g and 100 g)

  • 30 g of brown or cane sugardivided into two parts (15 g + 15 g)

  • Half -lemon juice (15–20 ml)

  • 500–700 ml of vegetable milk without sugar (soy, oatmeal, almond …)

  • Ice To taste

🍶 Optional:

  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable cream either Coconut condensed milk For an extra creamy

  • Mint leaves to decorate


👩‍🍳 Step by step preparation

1️⃣ Macerar the strawberries (without Thermomix)

  • Place 100 g of chopped strawberries In a bowl.

2️⃣ Prepare the Strawberry Syrupe (with Thermomix)

  • Add to the glass the 250 g of remaining strawberries, 15 g of sugar and the lemon juice.

  • Program:
    10 min / 90°C / vel 1

  • At the end, crushing:
    20 seg / vel 5–7 progresivo
    until you get a soft syrup.

  • Go to a container and cool at least 30 minutes In the fridge.


3️⃣ Mount the drink

  • In a large glass, he adds 2–3 tablespoons of cold syrup.

  • Incorporates 180 ml of vegetable milk very cold.

  • Add ice to taste.

  • It ends with 1 tablespoon of macerated strawberries.

  • Save the syrup and macerated strawberries in hermetic containers in the refrigerator.
