200 g carrots, cut into pieces
800 grams of water
350 g apples, cored, cut into quarters
1 ripe banana (approx. 100 g)
50 – 100 g sugar (optional, see tip)
75 – 100 g freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation of the Carrots:
Place the carrots in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed 5. Use a spatula to scrape the carrots down the sides of the bowl.
Initial Evaporation:
Add 300 g of water and evaporate for 8 minutes at Varoma temperature and speed 1.
Final Mix:
Add the remaining 500 g of water, the apples, the banana, the sugar (if desired) and the lemon juice. Mix for 1 minute and 30 seconds at speed 10, then cook for 10 minutes at 100°C and speed 2.
Bottling:
Pour the hot juice into bottles and close them tightly.
Serve or Refrigerate:
Serve the homemade Kubusi juice after it has cooled slightly or store it in the refrigerator to enjoy later.
